I accept ASR, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Federal, Blue Care Network, Cigna, Priority Health, UBH/UMR (Optum), United Health Care, and all Medicaid plans. My services are Telehealth only.
Cost without insurance is $225 for the intake, and $160 for all subsequent sessions.
